Following a keto diet doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor or satisfaction. In fact, there are countless delicious recipes that are not only low in carbs, but also packed with flavor and nutrients. If you’re looking to add some variety to your keto meal plan, here are 5 delicious recipes to try:

1. Keto Chicken Alfredo Zucchini Noodles
Ingredients:
– 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
– 2 chicken breasts, diced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. In a skillet, cook the chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
3. Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and cook until they are tender.
4. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and toss to combine.
5. Season with salt and pepper, then serve garnished with fresh parsley.

2. Keto Cauliflower Fried Rice
Ingredients:
– 1 head cauliflower, grated
– 2 tablespoons sesame oil
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as peas, carrots, and bell peppers)
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 green onions, sliced
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
2. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook until tender.
4. Add the cauliflower rice and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
5. Cook for a few minutes until the cauliflower is cooked through.
6. Add the scrambled eggs back to the skillet and toss to combine.

3. Keto BBQ Pulled Pork
Ingredients:
– 2 lbs pork shoulder
– 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
– 1/2 cup beef broth
– 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Season the pork shoulder with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a slow cooker and add the beef broth.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
4. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred using two forks.
5. Add the shredded pork back to the slow cooker and stir in the sugar-free BBQ sauce.
6. Cook for an additional hour on low.
7. Serve the BBQ pulled pork on a bed of lettuce or with keto-friendly bread for a delicious and satisfying meal.

4. Keto Coconut Curry Shrimp
Ingredients:
– 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 can coconut milk
– 1 tablespoon curry powder
– 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 bell pepper, sliced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. In a skillet, cook the shrimp until pink and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced bell pepper and cook until tender.
4. Stir in the curry powder and coconut milk, then bring to a simmer.
5. Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and simmer for a few minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper, then serve garnished with fresh cilantro.

5. Keto Lemon Garlic Butter Steak
Ingredients:
– 2 ribeye steaks
– 3 tablespoons butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Zest and juice of 1 lemon
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper.
2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.
3. Add the steaks and cook to desired doneness.
4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice, cooking until fragrant.
6. Pour the lemon garlic butter sauce over the steaks and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
