Instructions:
1. In a food processor, combine the basil, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth to make the pesto sauce.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the zucchini noodles. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through.
3. Add the pesto sauce to the skillet and toss to coat the noodles.
4. Serve hot and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
