This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the digital product titled “The Ultimate Keto Diet Guide: Lose Up to 20 Pounds in Just 30 Days: A Comprehensive Keto Plan with Over 100 Delicious Recipes for Effective Weight Loss” (“Product”), provided by My Keto Book. By purchasing and using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
KATHEER LIMITED (“Licensor”) grants you (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license is granted solely for your individual use and may not be shared, distributed, or transferred to any other person or entity.
2. Ownership
The Product and all materials included therein are the property of KATHEER LIMITED and are protected by international copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by KATHEER LIMITED.
3. Restrictions on Use
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or perform the Product or any portion thereof.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Product.
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any rights to the Product.
- Use the Product for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Product.
4. Digital Product
The Product is a digital/downloadable product. Upon purchase, you will receive a link to download the Product. No physical copies of the Product will be shipped.
5. Payment and Refunds
All payments for the Product are processed through PayPal. The Product is offered for a one-time fee with no monthly fees or subscription required. We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the Product, please contact us at admin@myketobook.com within 30 days of your purchase date to request a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
6. Updates and Changes
KATHEER LIMITED reserves the right to update or modify the Product at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via the email address provided at the time of purchase.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Product.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. KATHEER LIMITED does not warrant that the Product will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KATHEER LIMITED, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Product, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if KATHEER LIMITED has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Auckland, New Zealand, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Product.
