Ingredients:
– 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

– 1/4 cup chopped green onions
– Butter lettuce leaves

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
2. Add soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger to the skillet and mix well.
3. Let the chicken mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions.
5. Spoon chicken mixture onto butter lettuce leaves and serve.

3. Spicy Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients:
– 1 head cauliflower, grated
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add grated cauliflower to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to the skillet and mix well.
4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes before serving.
